| I have to start off by telling you some pretty cute things Sophie has been up to. Deon & I started a workout program, P90X about a month ago. We follow these videos and workout in the living room. Sophie calls it sexercising, rather than exercising. She says, "Sexercising Dad?". It's so funny. She's got some attitude and doesn't let Jake mess around and if he does she says, "Stop it Jake"! With this really deep scratchy voice that's bigger than her. She's loving her some Daddy lately...snuggles up to him on the couch. And, when she gets in trouble with Mom she runs to Dad. She loves taking showers now and the girl could stay in there all night. And she'll keep yelling, almost done! She sings, "we will, we will, rock you!" and Happy Birthday to you. She's talking more and more everyday. Her vocabulary is getting bigger and bigger. She's very smart and very determined. She does things that her brother would have never even thought about. And, she thinks it's hilarious when we tell her No or try and scold her...which is NOT cute at all. When she talks she does this cute thing with her lips to make a point or uses her hands to tell a story. I could just watch her all day...she's so perdy and is the cutest little thing ever. I love Sophie! She's wearing my shoes in the picture above...such a girly girl. |

| Then there's my Jake...what can I say about him, where do I start? He's so amazing, smart, loving, imaginative, creative, my little chocolate boy...I could go on an on about him. He is such a hard worker, always got something going on. And, the latest...his imaginary friend, Joe. Joe is his boss and sometimes co-worker. He's been coming over for dinner a lot lately. Joe even asked if he could have a beer. Deon asked if Joe was old enough to drink and Jake said, yes...he's 18. Jake is all boy; into sports, construction sites and cars. On the road he calls out cars now; there's a Ford, Honda, Lexus, etc. He's got those big ole eyes with those long long lashes...so handsome. I love my Jake! |
