Happy Independence Day!

The beautiful New Mexico sky

The little Princess

Deon told Jake to go get the hose. Wanted to have it ready JUST IN CASE. Well, Jake decided to spray the water after every firework. He said he was a firefighter and he was working.

SPARKLERS!

Whoa Mom, look at all the smoke!

Watching the show

Summer Fun

The day before the 4th...we hung out poolside and then BBQ'd in the front yard and went back and forth to the neighbors. We swam, had water balloon fights, had some drinks, ate some yummy BBQ and spent a nice afternoon with family and friends. Had our own fireworks show in the street and ended the night by dancing on Lulac. Even Grandpa Glen got out there for a minute...
Having some fun in the pool

Cooling off in the pool

Kickin' it in the front yard...

Sportin' Dads hat

My little Mamacita!

They couldn't wait to light their fireworks

Jake was kinda scared so he kept his helmet on and sat way back with Grandpa Glen and Nana Mona

Safety first, helmet head...look at that beautiful smile

Love this picture...total action shot. Everyone holding sparklers and Jacob getting some really cool photos

Sophie got in on the action too!

Kids are so much fun!

Here are some pictures...not doing anything special or fun...just enjoying our kids.

Miss Sophie

Sophie and Daddy

Jake & Sophie...they are too funny...they just decided to hang out there

As you can see...Sophie's new thing...taking off her clothes...usually the diaper comes off too.

Dad & I started P90X workout program recently. We had our mats out and Sophie & Jake decided they were going to sleep there. Yeah right, after I took this picture they were up and onto the next...

Too funny...they put on our tennis shoes and were running around, acting crazy.

Smoke from the New Mexico fires

Hopefully they put out these fires soon.

After her bath, I was brushing her hair and she wanted 3 bows...YOU GO GIRL!
